Fresh and seasonal brunch menu. Pour over coffee. Micro roasted. Cardamon chai latte. I have had the tempeh ruben and the arugula salad. World beat, indie, and new music live.

I was told to visit this place bc, "they are able to make vegetables savory." This is entirely true, brunch was delightful, filling, and in an environment where you could comfortably spend an hour or more. Trinosophes has a less hustled brunch vibe than other spots mostly due to just how large the space is. Mid-century modern vibes and good company make this a weekend favorite.

They have an auditorium side that accommodates a stage for live music jazz folk music Etc they also have an adjacent coffee shop and they serve vegetarian and meat the type of sandwiches modern-day coffee shop
