I was good with this place until they diagnosed my dog with an issue, prescribed medication for him and then each time I came back in needing more medicine, they demanded another $50 vet visit to spend 30 seconds telling me he has exactly what they already diagnosed. It's become sort of a scam that I don't care to participate in. I have since switched over to Patterson Vet and am much happier with the service and care.

Dr. Alice is amazing, she answers all our questions and makes our dog really comfort. He actually likes going to the vet!

Timothy Schacht is a horrible vet. I've never witnessed such unprofessional, classist and misogynistic behavior. After consulting consulting a family member who is a vet, and two other local vets, we were told the treatment of my friends dog was highly inhumane. Communication was horrible. Please save yourself and your beloved pets the pain and go elsewhere!

Really awesome vet if you're in the market. Great staff, knowledgeable vets. Definitely recommend.

SUE the receptionist was so rude. I was coming for an appointment and she said that I didn't have an apt. I said I spoke to someone on Friday that said I had a 1030 am apt. Sue said don't get snippy with me. We are completely booked. I said well what am I supposed to do? I chose to wait till Monday to come in. Then she said come in at 1030 to fill out paperwork then hung up on me. No thank you. Extremly disappointed with the customer service. Especially when my baby I sick and to treat me that way.
