I never even got to see the vet. I brought my scared little kitten for his first chck up. I had a 2:30 appointment. When I arrived at 2:15, rather than tell me they're backed up and ask me to reschedule, I was told to sit and wait. I sat and waited until 3:15. By that time my kitten was so mortified I had to leave and take him home. I had no idea how much longer it would even be if I had waited since the staff kept telling me "couple more minutes." The staff never even asked me to reschedule or apologize for their lack of concern for their clients and the animals.

Had Tweek's nails cut, Angie did a great job even though Tweek is a scared giant suck. Doctor came in to give her shots, he was able to calm her down and easily administer the shot. Good selection of healthy premium dog food.

This Vet now is NOT the same as years ago! That is why these reviews differ so much.
THIS VET IS A BUTCHER!!
Brought in my kitten for a simple spade procedure.
The surgery was a complete hack job!
Even the site of the incision was horrible! I knew something wasn't right, having taken other kittens for this procedure in the past and they came home nothing like this!
Needless to say I took her home and not even a day of couple days later she was bleeding out!
We took her back in only for a rush job which was closed with staples cause the vet was not in, and told to come back in the morning.
We return home and the staples pop!
Now am furious and extremely worried.
She had an infection from the butcher job.
We had no choice but to go to the Emerge on Walker Rd.
Thanks for the amazing job from the vets at Walker Rd and of course a 500. Which we shouldn't have had to pay!
If the procedure was done properly the first time!
I wish I could posts the photos of this.
Oh almost forgot she also brought home fleas! 😡😡😡😡😡😡
DO NOT USE THIS VET!!!

Nice people, but they told me my dog didn't have fleas but I still purchased flea meds from here which are not a known brand. It actually attracted fleas onto my dog. I wont go back because of this. This brand cannot be found anywhere on the internet. What a waste of money.
