I find Dr Humphery well spoken friendky caring and knowledgeable . I find those who handle the money distant and make you feel you can't pay for services . I find the woman who assisted Dr Humpherys today unfriendly and was rough with me throwing X-ray protector on me and taking X-rays scraping my gums . Told her it hurt no response from her . I feel if someone is working with you , especially in your mouth , they need to be gentler and more pleasant . Just saying . Otherwise , I do recommend Dr . Humphrey himself . He is kind gentle respectful and knowledgeable in his field but it is important that carries down to the employees

The staff are professional, punctual, caring - very aware of making the patient comfortable and at ease.

The people here had poor customer service esp the head assistant with glasses. The DMD didn't perform the work he charge me for told me he thought I didn't need it. They act as I wasn't good enough for their payment plan or if it didn't exist anymore when I asked. Then I had moderate pain but he told me to just take Motrin and Advil.
