I applied for a loan from this company through my dental office but ended up never getting the treatment done because it was too expensive. The dental office conveniently forgot to update this company so they removed the first payment from my account on October 17, 2017. I called and the receptionist informed me that she would get things handled and give me a call back. I ended up having to call her back when she told me the funds would be released back into my account that same day. I waited until 3 business days passed before calling and back because the funds weren't back in my account. No one answered so I left a message. A week later I have yet to get a response or my money back. I'm now being forward to voicemail where I can't even leave a message. I've emailed and still no response. I've even called the dental office and the person who filled out the application with them "isn't available". It's just ridiculous how this business operates. The company is in another state so it's not like I can walk in. Almost $300 gone and no one can help me!
