My parents live in Dothan, near Northcutt Pharmacy. I stopped in there a couple of years ago for the first time to get a birthday present for someone. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and from my experience, it's the best little store in town for gifts of all kinds -- they have the best goo-quality selection of gift items, good taste, from simple items to a higher-end crystal boutique, lots of good ideas, all served up with a smile.
I also filled some prescriptions there, cause i still prefer to give my money to a mom&pop store than a drug store chain. Mr Northcutt's behind the pharmacy counter, and always remembers you when you come back, like a good mom&pop store ownder should. In my case, Mr. Northcutt even remembered my name a year or so later, even though I had only been there a once before, with a friendly greeting and asking how my parents are doing. I'll be going back, whenever i'm in town, just to see what's new in the store.
