My fries and onion ringrings were cold and hard that that ordered with my two chicken sandwiches with cheese. It made my excited anticipation for my food disappointed. I didn't want to eat my food because of the cold food. Chicken sandwich was good but he side were not.

We wanted a quick meal and went through the drivethrew. They got our order wrong through the box. We corrected it. Drove to the window. Paid. Then they took our order AGAIN! Then our food wasn't ready so we had to pull forward and wait. After waiting almost 10 minutes, they brought us our food, but no drinks. The gentleman said he'd go get out drinks and never came back. Then we were told we needed to park. Finally my husband went inside to get our drinks and the gentleman who was supposed to be bringing them to us was making food. After a few unkind words, we were given our drinks and went on our way. Not sure who owns this franchise, but as a business owner myself, your staff better step up their game or you'll be without a business!!!

They really are not worth 1 star. I took my grandson there on Sunday around 2:00 pm what a joke. We got the two Whopper combos for $10.00. It took the man 10 minutes to even acknowledge that I was even standing there, then he took my order. The man just disappeared somewhere I watched the woman cook them and put them in the bin and they sat there and sat there until I hollered and told them to please hand me my food. Went to fix our drinks and there was no Ice. Then my grandson ask for ketchup and they said they did not have any. Just a bad group of people stay away.

Went through drive thru. Was told to pull up into a parking place--next to two other cars. 20 minutes later brought food to my car and car next to me. Both orders were wrong. Had to wait another 12 minutes before I got my chicken nuggets and cheeseburger combo. And had the nerve to charge me .50 cents for BBQ dipping sauce and an additional .50 cents for sweet and sour sauce. I thought the dipping sauce was included with the purchase.

Service & food were okay as well as cleanliness. There were no condiments available in the dining room & there only a few soft drink selectionsome available as the majority were out in the dining room fountain. Had to wait in line again to get ketchup & a Coke.
