Worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. The chips were cheap quality as well as the shrimp looking undercooked. The Enchiladas were not good either. The ONLY positives I can take away from my experience was the guacamole. Our order was $100, and NOBODY enjoyed their meals. The waitress was nice though. Highly do NOT recommend! Bell Pepper was microwaved and rubbery.

I'm giving four stars because La Parilla has been so good for so long. But on our most recent visit the service was slow and the new menu featured smaller portions at higher prices. I may revise my rating down if my next visit turns out to be a disappointment.

The atmosphere is very lively! It's brightly decorated, tv's going, people constantly buzzing about but not in excess, making it annoying. The menu is huge and the food is delicious, seasoned well and the proportions are not bad at all. They have the best birthday celebration and really seem to enjoy it.

Food was GREAT! Always is, of course! However, we felt a bit rushed to order by our server because she had "several other tables to attend to". She also spoke ill of her fellow teammates, which is something you just don't do to patrons or customers. On the flipside, one hostess was sweet and gave our kiddos balloons. Her smile and kindness seemed very genuine (really wished she had been our server). The place was getting really crowded as we were leaving as it was nearing 530 on a Saturday afternoon, so I suggest that if you're going for dinner, get there shortly after the lunch rush.

Typically busy but generally good service and food. Consistent quality and quantity of food. Short order to table time. Not the best Mexican I've found in Dothan, but if you have a craving for some Mexican and are in the area it's a safe bet. Mixed drinks are overpriced and there are definitely better drinking options in the area. Staff keeps the interior cleaned up well even during busy times.
