Needing services I went into the building on Alberta, not knowing which direction I needed to go i walked to the information booth. The lady (Olga Rodriguez) was on the phone, talking about how she needed someone to come to her home and repair a few things before she got other items done. So, I was polite, waited a few more minutes. Realizing she wasn't done and wasn't going to cut her conversation short because her customer service skills are 0 to none, I started walking away, "mam mam how can I help you " she shouts out to me . By this time I was fustrated, and upset with her. How can a person work an information booth, and not have a clue about customer service skills. Later I found out she knows people...
