It's pretty apparent that the level of your service is based on the color of your skin, when ear aches are deemed more urgent than possible liver failure.

This is the worst hospital I've ever seen. My son was exposed to hiv and hep c and has brain damage from the hospital. He was given another babies medication, another mothers breast milk and a bloody needle that wasn't his was left in his bed and he had been sleeping on it! If you want your children to live a normal healthy life, run for the hills.

I have had two children here at the hospital and it was an outstanding expierence. Now I have come to watch my niece be born and it was an awful expierence! Rude people everywhere. Room 271 was run down and the sleeper was missing. When we asked to get it replaced the answer was they couldn't do anything about it. My sister slept on a recliner and mother in law on a chair. When the nurse asked us to leave the room she did it by running her fingers across her throat saying "out". The waiting room was full and when we walked down the hall a doctor told us very rudly we couldn't be in the hall! Whoever does the quality or service care management here might not be doing their jobs. This is a children's hospital where the ambiance should be happy...all these nurse have their lips curled to their nose. The treatment her is rubbish! My wife is due in February and will do another walk through. If things don't change I will take my family else where!

My experience with my daughter exceeded my expectations, I myself work as customer service representative and they have the most friendly,kid oriented, and helpful staff. As you walk in you have this gentleman named David who went out of his way to make our wait less stressful. He was interacting with all the patients in the room. Overall all staff was friendly and helpful. I drive all the way from far west just because of the customer service they provide to us parents who come fustrated with our ill children..thank you again for existing.

Long wait times, got to the ER for my daughter around 9pm didn't get taken back till about 11:20pm. Doctor came in and out checking on my daughter till about 4:40am, then got admitted. They do have a lot of kids that need to be seen as well as our daughter. We waited patiently for our turn. Well worth the time though, The doctors are amazing here. Very welcoming and concerned. The room was very nice and nurses always made sure we were okay and didn't need anything. They didn't send us home till they figured out was wrong with my daughter and made sure we were content with results. Definitely recommend for infants & children!!!!!
