very bad customer service have been trying to get a quote for almost a week and they say will call back and they don't . i been calling everyday and they cant help me.

Worst insurance agency I have encountered. The only time you can get a hold of them is when buying the insurance , after that they will send your payments late ,or not at all. Insurance cancelled and reinstated is their everyday business. You can't EVER speak with Mr Saenz and their staff needs training urgently. Don't expect a call back from them.....
