Went in on my lunch break for a qoute. The agent was very professional and explained the different coverages. I didnt feel pressured on buying but walked out with liability.

After quoting around multiple places I didnt think I would be able to get a reasonable price as I have don't have a license but when I called this office the agent was very nice and reassured me she would be able to help me. Very satisfied with the customer service provided and definitely recommend Amco

The manager at the 5601 Montana Ave location was rather rude and unprofessional. Attire was of the utmost unprofessional as well.

This office has the best customer service. As soon as I walked in the agent smiled and greeted me,She made me feel comfortable. When I told her what I was looking for she explained all coverages and the importance of them .I didn't realize there was anything other than full coverage or liability. I purchased liability and uninsured motorist. Had the agent not explained these coverages, i would have walked out with just liability. This agent really cared about my needs and made sure I was covered. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for insurance ,I had a positive experience and I am very happy I found them.
