beautiful mansions line the park. the grass is not so well keep, but that is how the parks dept of El Paso works. Or doesn't work.

It's a small, circular Park approximately 80 feet in diameter. Not much to this park, there is a bench and trash cans. I've seen yoga classes conducted there during the spring and summer months. Otherwise, it would be a good place for pic-nics.
