Very nice location, large spaces, but in gross neglect. An abundance of permanent resident makes it look very trashy. It would not take much to clean it up and make a lovely stop for travelers.

From what I understand, the park is recently under new ownership. I hope they take all of these reviews into consideration. The park is not very well kept - the garbage cans were overflowing, the septic backed up into our motorhome, and there is a lot of junk throughout the park from the permanent residents there. The breakfast on the first day was HORRID. The breakfast gravy as well as the waffle batter were both sour, the cereal was stale, and the creamer packets were expired. It was food poisoning waiting to happen.

I sincerely hope the new owners plan to clean the place up, it has the potential to be a pretty nice place to stay.
