I guess I don't understand why they allow you to make reservations when they don't have any vehicles available. And when I went through the escalation process over the phone, they gave me their guarentee that they would have a vehicle for me at 2pm, later on same day. When I returned, yet again they had no vehicles available. This Enterprise branch ruined my entire trip.

My car blew up on the highway. I got a tow. Found enterprise to try and rent a car. My credit card did not clear. So I call someone that has a card that will work. Enterprise does not take credit card payments over the phone. So I got stranded with my 2 year old daughter and my 8 year old son. The oversized icelandic snow princess with over douched hair was not very helpful and obviously too cool to be of any help.... but hey at least they picked me up before shoving a 2x4 up my ass, then telling me to have a nice day!!

Needed a car to visit nearby Yakima over the weekend. Reserved a car online around friday midday for pickup at 5.30. Received email confirmation etc, so though it was all good.
Go to pick the car up to be greeted with complete surprise, staff had no idea we were coming, and had no cars available.
They explained that they did have a car available earlier, but it had to go into the shop for repair, which is probably why the online system let me book. But I got no notification regarding this before going to the office, and had they let me know I could have tried another company. Weekend plans ruined.
