I have been very impressed with Family Health Care. They are so organized and efficient. In comparison to another clinic that my husband goes to, the paperwork is plenty for the first-time visit, but from then on, annual checkups, flu shots, emergent appointments are all a breeze. I fully recommend this clinic.

Efficient and friendly staff from the front desk to the nurses to the docs. I appreciate the open design of the clinic, doesn't make you feel claustrophobic but your privacy is still well protected. The nurses were especially compassionate and skilled when they had to draw blood from my baby and I was a wreck (crying because she was crying). I'm also really excited to have the option of ultrasound in the clinic! So nice to be able to see a new baby before you get to meet him/her. We were able to get in quickly after calling to make the appointment, even after having to change the time when a conflict came up in my schedule. Highly recommended.

I was listened to by the doctor. Wow! She also explained in detail the results of my previous tests, ordered by other doctors.
She explained in detail the reason for every test she wanted to order for me. Due to my symptoms, I was very receptive to the requested tests. I was her last patient for the day and she never gave me any indication she was in a hurry or that my appointment was half an hour past closing time. I did not realize it was after closing until I left the office.
I am very thankful to find such a caring, thoughtful and detail oriented Doctor. Many, many thanks!!

My experience at Family Health Care has been consistently positive. Dr. Walters and staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. The front desk personnel have always been pleasant and I have never had to wait for appointments, prescription renewals, etc. This office is also incredibly high-tech, offering on-line health history and test results available immediately.
