Adequate ER care, as long as they are not letting the trainees treat you. I am sure they save a lot of lives. The rest of the hospital is great! The lab, imagining, surgery and other testing they do at the hospital, has over the years, been very good care. The billing departments however, have to be very closely monitored. For each department/office within the "KVH" umbrella. They may bill separately, but they all must use the same software and codes. We have overpaid several times, it's a hassle to get your money back.

Every time I've gone to this clinic there has been a hidden charge that gets mailed to me 1-2 months afterwards after I have specifically asked them what I owe, the staff is nice but don't expect a straight answer in regards to billing.

Didn't like this hospital at all. Staff treated me like I wasn't important and doesn't keep the the work environment professional.

If you attempt to get medical treatment at this facility make sure you request Dr. Romonko. She is super and very caring. Whatever your ailment is do not let Dr. Cruz treat you. He is the most unprofessional, uncaring, and unintelligent doctor, or person for that matter I have ever had met in my entire life. He must really despise his job and you can tell he hates patients by the way he yells at you. I went for a chronic illness and he was rude and yelled at me and scared my granddaughter, who is only 8. I will be filing a complaint with the AMA and seeking legal advice for refusing to treat. Hope this saves someone else some pain and tears.

Don't click any of the phone numbers on their mobile site... they put them in as "+509" instead of "+1509". The version they have will put you straight through... TO HAITI... Verizon charged a $5.00 connection fee and $1.99 a minute... Thankfully I was only on the phone for a few seconds because I couldn't understand the FRENCH on the other end... $7.00 on top of my lab fees... Thanks KVH!
