I wish I could give no stars. Mandy Hamlin does not respond to emails effeciently, her office is NEVER open when I try to drop in... I always end up calling general customer service 1-800 allstate because I can't get anything done with her. She is the worst rep.I've had so far and it's extremely frustrating. Especially when customer service always mentions that my problems are something I can handle with my rep. Well obviously they aren't.
