Went at 1:48 on Saturday afternoon. Took a few minutes to be seated (wasn't busy, staff just behind cleaning tables). Sat in bar area. Waitress was nice and polite. Ordered appetizer and a salad. Got app after 15 minutes. Then salad 10 minutes later. 2 other couples sat in bar after us and received food. At 2:45 we asked for check and wanted to leave because it was taking way too long to get food, and restaurant wasn't busy at all. Waitress said ok, then magically manager comes out with food 30 seconds later. He tried to argue we were only there 30 minutes. ( I kept track of time due to getting a text message as soon as I walked in). He claimed they wanted to give us an "experience " and not get all the food at once. Said I understand that, but waiting an hour overall for lunch is ridiculous. He kept wanting to argue...i said just bill us for app and drinks. He said it would be free. We will not be back anytime soon.

Our food was delicious. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the restaurant. Our waiter was courteous and knew the specials in detail. While we waited the greeter return to make sure we had been waited on. He also came back to wish us well as we were leaving. It was very clean and cozy. We will definitely dine there again when we are passing through.

My family and I had decided to never eat here again because of several bad dining experiences, but we both decided that a Bloomin' Onion sounded good so we gave them another chance. Service was good, food was good, and the manager stopped by to make sure everything was going well. Compared to the last several times we went there, this experience was a much better time.

First of all I'm celebrating by birthday with my twin sister and we had been sitting for about 10mins. They were not busy at the time of our visit. Nobody came to our table at all. There were 3 servers (2 females and 1 male) Neither of them ever came to our table. So we're very upset and leave.
I had the very same experience at an Outback in Indianapolis. I'm a very nice person. I've been in customer for over 35yrs. And I know how to treat my customers, so they will continue to come back. I will not give you any stars, for you have ruined my birthday as well as my twins. I will not EVER step foot in any of your restaurant's.

Best service I've had in awhile. I don't usually leave reviews but we just left Deaconess hospital after my daughter was having seizures and they just we're so polite and went above and beyond. Wonderful staff. Great atmosphere
