Terrible service! The vehicles were dirty upon arrival. I was in a hurry and had to wait for them to clean it. I stated to the manager on duty that I would make a complaint and she called me rude. Instead of upgrading me to a more nicer vehicle they put me another dirty vehicle that had a terrible smell. I was so upset! I will never rent from this location again! The only positive was a guy by the name of Ryan who was really nice and seemed to really care.

The staff there is very nice and helpful. Prices were reasonable.

My pick up was super quick. Staff was very friendly and I even was given a free upgrade. I have been coming to this particular branch for 10 years and I will continue to do so.

rented a van for a business outing. they had to get it in from another office, but had it in Evansville on time. very friendly, and gave me a ride back to work after I dropped it off. Will definitely rent from here again.

Had a terrible experience. With the female agent. She had a real bad attitude. I had actually left (the vehicle was not ready). Had made reservations the night before. When I returned. She didn't finish my registration. Their was a young man Jordan who took over. Very pleasant, professional gentleman. You would do well. To let him teach your associates, professionalism!!!! He would be the only reason, I would rent from you, again.
