Dr. Edge seems knowledgeable and good at what he does. Office staff is rude. Billing is not organized, there's no reason to get an enormous bill almost a year later. They also need to stop telling parents they cannot go back with their children. At a time when there are many horror stories out there that is not what parents want to hear and that policy will lose them a lot of business. Will be switching dentists.

I have three kids that have gone to this office for years. We have always had a great experience with Dr. Edge and his staff. We highly recommend this office for your kids.

Love this office! The staff is always friendly and informative. Dr. Edge is very good with my 5 year old daughter. He explains to her what he is going to do, and ensures she is comfortable during her visit. No complaints about the office, staff, or dentist.

The office staff here is very rude. I called several days prior to my children's appointment to verify before I took a half day off from work and they confirmed my appointment. Then when we got there they very rudely informed me that they didn't have us down that day for an appointment. No apology for the mistake or my trouble. Then, after they closed the GLASS partition to the waiting room where I was sitting they proceeded to roll their eyes,complain and talk about me. We will be looking for another dentist. I have honestly never seen an office staff so unfriendly and rude.

Completely horrible experience. First, they didn't even speak directly to my child, even though she's 9. Then they inform me that getting a filling means drugging my child and parents aren't allowed in the back. And they had no understanding of why that would not be ok with me! Maybe if they had treated her like a person in the first place, I would be ok with her being alone. But not drugged up and not when they didn't even talk to her. It left me with no confidence that they would listen to her if I wasn't there. And someone stole my umbrella from the waiting room to boot!. They didn't seem concerned about it even though it was pouring outside. Then they wait 2 months to send a balance due (after insurance). Not even a return envelope.
