I had to schedule an appointment for a drug test and I waited for two hours.. highly disappointed.

I just returned from a scheduled employee annual respiratory fit test. When I arrived the 2 receptionists behind the desk told me I was not on the schedule for today and then remarked to each other "that's exactly what happened to the lady before her." I said indeed I was scheduled for today, and on further inspection in the computer they said "no, your appointment was on Monday." I responded that no, I called on Monday and was told they were full that afternoon and that today was the earliest they could schedule me. Long story short, I had to reschedule for another day this week because they could not see me now, but NOT ONCE did staff acknowledge their mistake. An apology would go a long way!!! What a waste of my time (and "the lady" before me as well).

Worst experience ever every time I go in there, you loose all your rights as a human being and they will treat you like a dog literally.. they'll stand there and watch you go like a dog, they'll forget about you and skip you eight times and then get attitude with you, their is gotta be a better way to get hired on with out being degraded
