My doctor sent me cause of suicidal thoughts, waited 2 hours and left. Guess it wasn't important.

I went here and maybe it was just because I was used to the other place I had gone but I didn't enjoy it. The staff was kinda okay but forceful. There were fights amongst the other patients and sometimes I wasn't woken up for breakfast, lunch, dinner whatever time it was. Considering we had room time and I usually took naps to pass time, I was usually never woken up. If I was it was late. I went to Bloomington Meadows before that and it was better than Crosspointe. Helped a bit better.

I was there for 10 days and let me just say... These were the worst 10 days of my life.

One nurse made the other patients and I do a puzzle type thing but any time we spoke she told us to shut up. They misgendered my friend multiple times and called him by his dead name. We had to fill out a paper every morning and every night. It had a list like "did you eat?" "Are you sad?" "Do you want to hurt yourself" and "do you want to hurt others?" They never do one on one and find out your issues. I was let out in 5 days because all I had to do was check that "I ate" "I'm happy" "I don't wanna hurt myself or others" and now that I'm out in worse. Not to mention that this place (even with it being so terrible) was so expensive for my short stay that we are still having financial problems a whole year later. I can not image the bill kids who stayed longer than 5 days had to play. Staff was terrible. Living confinements were terrible. I never want to be in here ever again. They do not heal your children, they just hide their issues. This place is Hell on Earth.
