Was supposed to have oral surgery today for an abscessed tooth which is very painful. I can't have it now due to the dr never sending the medical release back to the surgeon. Tried to habe him paged and the answering service stated that they do not call the dr for any patients. I even explained to her that I was woth the surgeon and needed that form and she refused. Even though the dr told me that he was on call this weekend to call if I needed anything. Now I have to suffer for almost 3 weeks with an abscessed painful infection because the surgeon won't be here again til then.

Has some the lowest ratings in Evansville. That should be the first hint on his service. This is the dr they have documentaries about. Strongly recommend you find another doctor.

Very worst experience with the facility. Receptionist and the billing department people are so rude. They don't want to help people in any matter all they want is how to get money from people who don't have full insurance. Very upset and depressed on how they treat mothers who don't have any help from people like this. If the doctor don't accept any other insurances then he shouldn't treat those hospitals' ER at all, and then he wants to bill patients personally. And after that the staff is being rude about mothers not paying bills because their insurance is not covering.
