The food here has always been good, but in the past the service wasn't great. Fortunately, the Great Steak just got a new owner and it's really done a 180. The customer service is so much better than it used to be...kind, friendly, and fast.

i have to agree this place has way good subs, much better than subway and Quinzo If you are at the mall here, then you have got to try this fast food joint. It's really prompt, and a good value for your money, I think the best of course would be the "Great Steak"
