We went there 10/27/2017 late and employees were horrible. I have always had good service good food. They said they had to cook more pork and looked at us as though we were going to change our mind. They pulled the tea before we could refill. Soda machine out of almost every thing. You go early and the owner is there and he demands his employees be better. I will not go there late again. Most patrons seemed disappointed by attitudes.

Today I had a horrible experience at Moe’s off the Lloyd Expressway here in Evansville IN. Using the Moe’s app to pre-order my regular Monday burrito, I arrived two minutes after the said pickup time. Upon arriving I was told my order had never been received. I then proceeded to show the owner (goes by Khaled but refused to give me his last name) not only the confirmation of the order on the app, but also the confirmation email I had received, and the pending transaction in my bank account. After telling me in a demeaning tone that he has been doing this for five plus years, he tells me that there is no way the order came through. I then ask if he’s going to do anything to fix this issue as I clearly ordered my burrito. His response was that I just needed to get in line and purchase another burrito. I believe this visit has been very unacceptable not only because of the technological issues, but because of the rude owner named Khaled that I had to deal with. The food is okay but the most of the staff are rude. I have been here multiple times and actually decided I would not return. Today my girlfriend talked me into going and the staff was incredibly rude again to both she and I. Neither of us will return. If you like people being rude and talking down to you this is the place.

The staff is fantastic! The restaurant is always very clean. From under the tables to their Fresh food areas. FRESH food fast. Dining in is wonderful; they play great music and its a fun atmosphere. You can also dine outsuse under shady umbrellas. Love this place!

The food was actually pretty good, but when I ordered steak the guy smiled at me weird and asked if I wanted extra meat on the side. I said that the steak was fine and he spit in my food. It tasted fine, so it's not that big of a deal but it was actually good. I also tried to hit on a girl there one time and she slapped me. Wouldn't go there again. 2/5.
