I ordered at 9:15, after pressing the button at 9:10, and my food didnt come until 9:40. It was missing part of it, and it took another 2 or 3 minutes after pushing the button to be able to tell them. Very disappointed in the lack of friendliness and slowness. When I finally got my food, it was cold

Got food poisoning from something I ate there. This is unusual. I eat at Sonic fairly often and this is the first time this has ever happened. I was VERY VERY sick for almost 24hrs straight. Nothing I ate from there was digested. Sry for the disturbing picture this paints, but I feel the need to let people know... Especially Sonic employees. One important note is that I rarely eat at this store.

This is the most disgusting Sonic in Evansville. They are always rude and take longer then needed to get your order. My experience the order is ALWAYS wrong. It's sad cause I really like Sonic's food.😳

Worst sonic ever! Don't waste your time! Came here to order two drinks. Seriously took 10 minutes for them to answer. A guy pulled up next to us and ordered before we did and his stuff ended up on our screen. We called them a second time and they answered us that time. We told them that the guy next to us has his order up on our screen. Then told us "just move to a different screen, it's not that hard"

Went there to order 2 drinks. My dad was cut off rudely while trying to correct the order on the screen. After letting her complete the order, my dad went to the door to talk with a manager. A guy interrupted him saying that my dad was probably rude too, that they were all managers, and only employees were allowed inside. After coming back to the car, a "manager" came storming out to my dad's car doing nothing but defending the lady who took the order and the guy inside. She repeatedly cut my dad off while pointing her finger at his face. Meanwhile, the boy from inside came out the door to yell something at my dad and also came to the window twice to flip off our car. The "manager" confirmed this guy was also a "manager". After calling sonic, we have yet to receive any followup after 2 weeks. This is the worst service we have received there, but not the first time to receive bad service or rude attitudes.
