I submitted a negative review because they got my order completely wrong in the drive through and I had to wait approximately fifteen minutes in the drive through. After the negative review, the manager proceeded to call and text me for several days. I did not answer as I was working. The calls continued and might still be, I blocked the number because it was excessive. Call once, then let it go. The continued phone calls made the bad service that much worse. I appreciate the reaching out to "make it right", I do. But the repeated calls are another reason I have not been back nor do I intend to go back.
I'm an idiot because I tried this Wendy's again today and my order was wrong, again. I asked for no tomato on my cheeseburger and of course it had tomatoes. They were more concerned with trying to sell me a cookie than listening to my order. I get the drive through is noisy at this location. But I will never be back... Shame on me for trying again. This time the cashier was at least friendly, but that's not enough for me to return.

Food was good. Employees are rude and other employees or friends hang out in lobby. Making them less focused on customer's. Making fun of customers while still at the counter. Smh

Worst Wendy's I've ever experienced. Food is fine (hence the 2nd star), service is SUPER SLOW. Like waiting at the drive-thru for 5 minutes before someone acknowledges you are there...then making you wait another 5 minutes to order. Going inside doesn't help. Every time I've visited (3 times) I've been told, "We're short staffed." I won't be by here again.

Great quality little fast food restaurant. They even have the Mixology type soda machines. Food is always cooked fresh to order.
