I am glad I came here for help. I never had a good night sleep until I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I was given the option of surgery or Cpap . I wanted no part of surgery. The Cpap changed my energy level and I wasn't falling asleep all the time. I finally had enough energy to go for a new job. I didn't have the energy to change. I can't say thank you enough to Dr. Krueger and his staff!! Why didn't I do this sooner!!!!

I went in to have my sinuses evaluated. Office staff very friendly and professional. Office clean and aesthetically pleasing. They performed a CT scan right in the office and Dr. Krueger reviewed the results right away and went over them with me. The overall experience was excellent. I'd return to see Dr. Krueger anytime I have another problem.

My husband went in for a consult about possible sleep apnea since he snores and is experiencing fatigue. He was very specific that he only wanted a consult and pay the $40 specialist copay. The staff and Dr Krueger never advised my husband that there was an extra charge to look up his nose or remove ear wax. We received a bill for $353 after insurance adjusted their contracted amounts.
I am appalled that it is ok to perform services without disclosing there is an extra charge. How is this ethical? This practice is why our healthcare is in crisis. We tried to discuss this with the staff and Dr. And only received excuses and bad attitude. We will never recommend this clinic and will file a complaint with the BBC and our insurance company's provider relations department.

Dr. Krueger is very professional and informative. Two years since he did my operation. I had no negative consequences or any site effects.
