Keith and Shylah are both wonderful insurance agents! I was in an accident and they helped me step by step after the accident to ensure I got all the information I needed from the driver. Even in the days following the accident when I had a question, all I had to do was call and they immediately were able to help me and give me the answers I needed. They do their best to make sure you feel comfortable with the coverage you are getting and they make sure the personal relationship between the agent and customer is more important than the transaction. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family!

Keith is an exceptional insurance agent. I have not been able to find a better rate on my auto insurance in years. I was in a car accident and he responded within 5 minutes on a weekend! The other person couldn't even get their insurance agent on the phone. As far as insurance agents go, he is definitely the best. I now have my home insurance and I get a multiple insurance policy discount because I have auto insurance through Allstate Insurance. I get another discount on my insurance since I have more than one car! I'm getting discounts one everything just cause of my home and cars and kids too!
