My wife and I have been with Roberta Hubbell's Allstate insurance for a few years. It's been great to have a personal relationship with them; they seem to care about our family, and got us on inexpensive policies when our budget took a hit a couple times over the years. I was insured through this agent for over ten years. During that time my car depreciated in value, yet the cost of my car insurance remained unchanged in spite of my continued questions about why. Frequently when I called I would get the son, who never seemed to know what was going on and would suggest that I call back and talk to his mother. Once her office called me to set up an appointment; they said it was urgent and that I needed to talk to her. I took a day off work and showed up at her office. She was not expecting me, seemed irritated, and brushed me off saying, "Oh it was probably for a policy review, but your'e fine. You can leave." I switched to the Cascadia Agency in Mukilteo recently and they suggested a policy review on the spot. I walked out of that office with a policy with better coverage at nearly half the cost of what the Hubbell agents were charging me. Yes, they'll insure you (ergo the two stars), but it'll cost you.
