Worst experience i ever had! I was getting a commercial policy for my new van and they were not able to give me a price right the way, they said it will take up to 2 weeks to get it from underwriters but the coverage is still in place. I was told that the price was going to be close to what i had before because i had a policy with them for my previous van BUT it came back twice higher and i never got notified, also their office is impossible to reach, they dont answer phone, emails for like 2 weeks. I paid some money to reinstate the policy when i called the first time but because premium came back higher i have to pay them even more, they sent my file to collectins because i "wasnt paying" even though we were going theough the prosses of figuring out how to possibly back date the policy since its not my fault that noone told me the price. Anyways after going back and forth on all of this for almost 5 months i still have to pay everything. THIS IS NOT FAIR! CUSTOMER SHOULD Know the price before you give them coverage or at least get notified by the office that it will be way more !!!! Because they dont do their job i have to pay now $300 for 25 days of coverage when before i was only paying $135 a months. I DO NOT recomend David Kosar office , neither American Family comercial insurance!!!!

David and his office have been AMAZING. I would strongly recommend this office. They have gone over and beyond any other insurance company I have ever dealt with. Thank you David for everything.

I provided all the information needed to obtain a quote to Holly. After two days of no call back, I contacted another agent in the area and not only was she working late, but stayed even later to provide me quotes. She first had to check if Kosar's office had begun the process. They had not.
Needless to say, the second agent got my business.

Its been a complete nightmare with this office. Constant cancelation notices, auto pay never works with our bank, always thinking our auto pay goes through, then we get a cancelation notice in the mail AND have to pay late fees. Finally switched agents! They never answer the phone, takes them days to weeks to respond to emails - if they even respond at all! Even the 1800 tries to contact them and no answer.
