1. They recorded my Deed with the WRONG ADDRESS. This means the billing for my property taxes will go to the wrong address and I would never know my property taxes were going unpaid until the County liens my property. This is not a small error. I am glad I caught them.
2. They communicated the WRONG CLOSING DATE to the Water and Sewer and all Utility Service Providers. This means they tried to get me to over pay for Utilities for days that I did not own the property. I am glad I caught them.
3. They sent an ESCROW SEWER CAPACITY REQUEST to King County so they could pay the amount owed by the Seller prior to closing. King County responded stating that the Seller owed $108 dollars They failed to send any payment to King County. They are not supposed to represent the Seller. They are required to be a neutral third party. I am glad I caught them and I made them pay this bill.
4. They had me sign my Deed to verify it was accurate and then recorded a different Deed for my property! I caught them and I am still dealing with this problem.

If you want your life disrupted for a long period of time, then this is the right Escrow Office for you.
