Great service and they know the business. But, they are extremely unorganized.

I went there 10 days ago to find the whereabouts of my mother's original durable Power of Attorney needed to close my mother's home. They've assured me that it had already been mailed out, but, I had not received it yet. Perhaps it got lost in the mail or it was on the way. Without it, my mother wouldn't be able to continue her intensive care at the new hospital she got transferred to.

After 10 days of waiting, I called again to confirm if they actually did send it. As it turned out, it was on my agents desk the whole time. I drove up to Everett from Seattle for the second time for my document. This was all an enormous waste of my time. I'm glad they found it and it's all finally over with. I never want to go there again.

Closed a refi transaction at this office. I was really pleased with the experience. They explained everything, I wasn't rushed at all, and their communication throughout the entire process was top notch. I would definitely use again.
