EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We are extremely lucky we did not lose our son in a recent car accident; his vehicle was totaled. We are fortunate to have a very special insurance agent, Jake O'Banion, who was there for us with great empathy and assistance in personally expediting our claim. We really appreciate the staff of Country Financial who we believe went out of their way for us with their caring attitudes, high professionalism, and great efficiency. Thank you so much to all of you: Jake O'Banion, Scott Hoitink, Nancy Martinez-Reyes, Gloria Hough, and Alma Grado.
