Made an appointment days ahead but when I got there they still made me wait. It's a huge building with 3 people working in it. The people working there were rude and they never apologized for anything. Bank of America is a scummy company to begin with, but this location was the worst one I've ever visited.

Not the best bank for customer service and the extra charges that you get from this bank. I close my bank account immediately

Hey you can pay them for not letting you have your money! And then pay them more for not automatically paying them! And if they do something wrong... oh well, they're not liable for obscure legal reasons! Oh joy! Seriously though, I recommend you never bank at bank of America. Ever. Just say no.

It's a cool retro building. I commented to a member of staff that they work in an uncommonly cool bank. It has high ceilings and a 60s sci-fi feel. The staff were friendly and met my needs after phone customer service failed to do so. Can't complain.
