Before I started to work at a bank. I always wanted things done the quickest way. But now that I know that behind the scenes most employees do their best to help each customer with care and accuracy. So a quick message to all those people that like things quickly, try not to rush anyone with your money or anyone else's. Thank you. By the way, the workers here are very helpful, kind, and diligent.

Good branch but the hours really suck. especially trying to come to the bank after work. But never able to make it due too all the traffic. So I won't give you a bad rating because the traffic is not your fault as a branch but as a company the hours are bad.
I think of it this way if I'm trying to put money into savings and stuff that I actually want to do and need to do in person. It just makes it harder when you guys close so early and I can't get anything done during the weekday or weekend. And my excuse for the weekend, I like to sleep in....Since I'am hard worker, plus I owe it to myself, Lol.
Anderson this is the technology electronic age and I do update myself with that a lot, but I can do everything in my App.... to a certain point ,but I also need to do things in person. Agree? !...
So, the point is ,a bank is supposed to be stable place , but the customer or the worker is supposed to move around to get to the bank and how are people supposed to do that if the bank closes early...............!!!

While this is not normally my style, I feel quite compelled to share the most intrusive experience with a bank teller I had ever encountered...
I have been with Chase for a couple of years and while maybe not the most model financial customer, I can assure you that they make money from me...too much I am certain, however, I feel that in some tough times they have been there for me. I had however the most unpleasant experience today. I went in to the bank to conduct a very clean transaction, simply withdraw available funds from my checking account and deposit said funds to my landlords account which is a customary transaction between us...however, the teller decides it is her job to scrutinize my account...she simply states..."How did you get Social Security to pay you three times?" Interesting. I replied to her that my children and I receive benefits separately. Her reply "NICE!" I just look at her..."Not REALLY" I say... Hello? Is this any of her business? I felt taken off guard by the intrusive nature of the question given the public nature of the environment and looking back cannot understand where this should be of her concern. Needless to say...this woman continued to inquire of whom I was making a deposit to as well..."And what does this company do?" Stunned, I am just standing there thinking "Wow, Really?" Needless to say...Social Security pays benefits to those whom are either disabled, retired, or a survivor. Period. All three instances unfortunate to some degree. However...this "TELLER" was so unprofessional in advertising any details of my personal life with a near insinuation that I "got" those benefits by some ill will within earshot of other customers. Completely insensitive, unethical, unprofessional and NONE OF HER BUSINESS. Had this been asked by someone in a position of a Mortgage Banker or a Loan Officer...then those questions are validated..This bank teller should really only be asking "Do you want fries with that"
