Worst experience of my life. My husband and stepson went into our local branch at the Everett Naval Base to apply for a car loan. My stepson is only 20 years old with perfect credit. He was told verbally he was approved by the branch manager May and only needed a purchase agreement from the dealership and the deal would completed. That was far from the actual truth. After his credit application was forwarded to the loan department he was denied for lack of credit. Beware everyone when applying at this particular branch for a car loan or any loan for that reason.

This place is on a marine base and NOT open to the public. Directions sent me to the front gate where they turned me away. Do Not Use This Location. (unless you are a current member of the armed forces I guess)
