Lost my wallet, came in to get a temporary card and the guy said I need two forms of ID when I told him I am from Tacoma and cannot drive back. Now I need to figure out how to pay for fuel and food.

After banking with bank of America for a couple years I made the switch to Wells Fargo and the difference between the banks are night and day. The customer service here is amazing the tellers make an effort to learn your name and make you feel welcome. Where at BOA I felt like I was just another customer that didn't even need the time of day. Another reason I love wells Fargo is there are no catches for a free checking account it is actually free!! I had many issues with BOA and was being charged 15$ a month just to have a checking account. Like I said night and day. Wells Fargo in my opinion is the best experience I have had with a bank in the 15 years or so that I have been banking.
