They followed myself as well as my 11 year old daughter around like we were going to steal something. At one point the casier said help needed on aisle 2 and i was the only person in that aisle and i had not requested any help. It's embarrassing and completely uncalled for. I can understand that because of the neighborhood they probably have a lot of shoplifting issues, that doesn't make it ok for them to treat people that way when they have done nothing to deserve it. My poor child didn't understand and asked me why they were acting so weird. It broke my heart to have to explain it. She then asked if it is because she's black. And although i told her no, im pretty sure they were stereotyping her based on color. Why else would they follow an 11 year old thru the store like that?

Despite the many shoplifting crackheads the place is very clean. The employees have always been helpful. Pharmacy is quick.

So disappointed in the Everett Broadway pharmacy. I went with a new Rx to take advantage of the $25 gift card for new prescriptions. The singing pharmacy assistant ignored me and waited on three recognized customers who were in line AFTER me. She walked away after her last customer and left me standing there. I finally leaned over the counter and got her attention. She told me the gift card promo had ended. My prescriptions hadn't arrived yet from my doctor so I said I'd check back. At the main registers, the pharmacy gift card was still being advertised so the manager said he'd honor it. Two days later ,when I picked up my Rx and inquired, I was asked my name, the tech/pharmacist nodded in acknowledgement of the gift card left by the store manager for me, then abruptly said the offer was for "transferred prescriptions only".
Really! Why didn't the manager mention this when he gladly honored it?? I've been shopping in this store for years. I decided to hold my tongue and just leave but will never take my business there again. Very sad to be treated this way by my "neighborhood drugstore".

There's a pharmacist assistant who sings and she's amazing. Sadly I can't remember her name. She sings to kids that are with parents and really makes everyone's day. She's always joyful and a blessing to our neighborhood.

A standard chain store drug store with a variety of other things. Some seasonal variety and some routine grocery items available. Store located in central Everett on main streets. Adequate parking though access sometimes tricky.
