I definitely don’t go to this McDonald’s often.. but the last 3 times I’ve been, over 4 months maybe, the ice cream machine “is down”... I just want a milkshake!

Standard McDonald's. You need tokens for the bathrooms which I haven't seen before. Employees seem to have fun with each other. Play place was pretty clean but there's A/C or air flow so the door shave to be propped open with chairs... Not the greatest to be in the summer.

Completely not impressed with my last couple visits. Tonight Asked for 2 chocolate chip cookies. Was charged for 2packs (4 cookies) took 15 minutes to get through the drive through. my last visit I was told the still advertised mcpick was discontinued... tonight told no fish fillets for that deal. Bonus star for hot fresh food.

this was the best visit I have ever had at this store. usually they are very slow. I always have to wait, a very very long time to get food. they also need their frappe machine fixed, it has been inoperable for several months.

However yesterday the service was great, hot and tasty. Our server was Melissa, super nice and very efficient, with a wonderful smile.

The guy taking order was very good. By good I mean he LISTENED verified my order item by item both at the order screen and at the pay window. He was also well trained on accepting coupons another good trait in a worker. Window #2 was friendly, quick and made sure I was satisfied with my drinks and food before I left. After not eating at McDonald's for a while I am happy with my visit.
