I've ordered from this place multiple times within the past few years, and they never disappoint. Food is always fairly good for a chain. I recommend using the app to order. It takes a little longer, but there are often "on-line only" deals. 2 large pizzas with any toppings for $7.99/ea what's not to love! Truthfully though, they do a good job.

Tried to order one large pizza and a soda for my kids and babysitter, and they told me that they couldn't place my order because I wouldn't be there. Huh? I see why they have a 2 star rating for sure.

I understand it is a job that may not be fun. But taking your problem out on a regular customer is stupid. I say if you don't want to do customer service to your buyers than don't work ,where you are going to deal with people. And use better character of judgement. Cause I understand there will be rude customers out there. But Geez , regardless ,you guys are rude at this location. I hope something changes in your work environment or you guys closes down.
