This cut looked good when I walked out of the place, I specifically said I need a low maintenance wash and wear cut, it does not look good at a;ll, I will need to have someone re do, someone who listens. I am not hard to please.

I have been super happy everytime I leave. Been going to them at least 5 years. Have dad a Foil it was amazing can't think of her name, she works out of Mill Creek. Highly recommended. Jill Young ☆♡☆

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
I needed to have my nails done for my wedding. I picked this salon because their website described a gelac system that would not ruin my exiting nails. Last week I called the Everett location and no on answered. I thought maybe I might have dialed wrong so I hung up and called back...again no answer not even an answering machine. I called the Mill Creek salon and the girl who answered the phone new what I was talking about but said they were only done at the Everett location. I waited a hour and called the Everett location back. The girl who answered the phone had no idea what Gelac was. I could not believe it. How do you have someone answering the phone who has no idea what is on your website.
I really wanted the Gelac service and I could not find anyone else who had heard of it so I called back the next day and asked for the manager. I explained to him what I wanted and he was able to answer my questions. I told him I wanted a French Manicure for my wedding and scheduled an appointment for the following week (two days before my wedding). When I went in for my manicure the girl told me to pick a color, I told her I was there for a French Manicure. She said they don't do them there. I think I stared at her with my jaw hanging open for 30 seconds. I was shocked. I told her I had asked for that when I scheduled the appointment. She said they don't have the brushes to do them. I left.
WHAT NAIL SALON DOES NOT DO FRENCH MANICURES. AND WHY DID THE MANAGER NOT TELL ME THAT WHEN I BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT

Unfortunately, had to have my hair fixed after going there. Nice looking salon, people are nice, but quality of the cut was not good. Im not after the fastest haircut possible, i want it to look good too.
