My personal experience here as an internationally known artist who makes my living doing my art, it has been 4 years of censorship and harrassment for my art. The managers who live in the building yell at tenants and take down art they disagree with. They have personal issues with many of the artists here.

Traveled to your area last year, I was in AWE of the facility that is provided to artists, the lobby and halls are a gallery of so many different artists styles, halls are Filled with AWESOME works, the mission statement that Artspace Everett Lofts have...being fulfilled. Koodoos to you for providing an arena for these artists that is " open-minded" for them to be able to produce " their " artwork " freely", as in " freedom" of expression!!!...Being from the Upper Midwest, the " judgement" of artist works is conservative, so many can Not!! express them selves....YOU!!! provide your artist with that sanctuary...AWESOME!!!...That!!! makes you standout as the " place " for them to go. Many beautiful artists produced " controversial" artwork, Diego Velazquez, Caravaggio, Otto Dix, The Last Judgement by Michelangelo ...great work, yet by a " closed" minded...controversial....and The Nude, by Francisco Goya...So.....To Artspace Everett Lofts.....Hats off to you...for being up to date. PROS
1. The managers are really nice people.
2. The views/HUGE windows are amazing.
3. The place overall is pretty 'hip,' it has this industrial vibe going on.
4. The rooftop is nice during the warmer months.
5. The whole building being built 'green' is pretty awesome.

CONS
1. The apartments feel kind of sterile and cold. The ceilings are really high... Basically they just aren't very cozy.
2. The community laundry room can be kind of gross.
3. The other tenants can be a little strange, dramatic, and destructive.
4. I feel like I'm paying too much money for an apartment without a dishwasher, garbage disposal, or washer and dryer.
5. The individual apartments are quite big but there isn't a lot of storage. Like in the bathroom, the sink is free standing, there is no counter space or cupboards underneath and there isn't a medicine cabinet either.
6. The walls are PAPER THIN.
7. The parking spaces that you pay $50 extra for are TINY.
8. Looking at the floor plan, the 1bdr and 2bdr apartments are basically the same size. You just pay more for walls.
