5 star work, with 5 star employees! Came in today with a a gap between my teeth, after having my braces off for 10 years. Under an hour of arriving my gap was gone! The options I was given were great as well as the price! Highly recommended!

The whole office atmosphere is awesome. The staff is super friendly, smiles everywhere. Cookies & Coffee, yummy. Answer all your questions. Great service.

Jocelyn Benallie and the staff at Herman's are absolutely amazing. Friendly environment and very helpful to the patients. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Herman's office is where I had my braces and I would not recommend the place to anyone, after my experience here my siblings ALL went elsewhere and loved their orthodontist. Dr. Herman does not treat his employees well and it makes for an uncomfortable environment. The techs have no care for you, they just need to get another patient in and out. I often went through major pain that was unnecessary during the treatment process due to the in and out nature of this orthodontist. At one point the tip of a tool came off its mechanical counterpart and the tech left it in my mouth/throat as he went to go get a new piece and fix his tool. The treatment of patients and staff alike is poor. Go somewhere else!

My 3rd time Waiting an hour after my appointment time and felt rushed when they finally got to me....considering I paid $4000 for my braces. Very disappointed!!
