Being the first person in the door it took an hour to be seen. There was only a PA there and no doctor. Treatment was denied because the PA had "permissions" issues. Total visit length with a care provider... 15 minutes. Grand total for 15 minutes of care... just under 300.00. care provided... wrote two prescriptions. Not happy. I'll be looking at other urgent care providers in the area. Suggest you do the same.

I AGREE WITH ALL THESE LADIES...
THEY WILL NO LONGER SEE ALL MY KIDS BECAUSE OF AN MISSED APPOINTMENT... THEY RATHER BE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT LIL THINGS RATHER THAN TAKING CARE OF CHILDREN LIKE THERE SUPPOSED TOO ... NOT ONLY THAT MY SON ENDED UP GETTING PNE

Worst experience ever. If i could leave no stars i would. We were trying to get our son caught up on vaccinations. Instead of being informative and helpful they made us come up with our own plan. Then said it wasn't good enough. They would not sign off on him going to preschool until he had more shots. So he had 5 rounds of shots in less than a week. 2 shots on a Tuesday, my husband said they would be back the next week for more, doctors said we absolutely had to wait 28 days. I call them again to see if they would write a note (for the umpteenth time) saying we are in the process if getting our son caught up. They refused. Saying he needed more. Insisted we came back in only 6 days later to get 3 more shots. They are blaming us for the miscommunication, instead of owning the fact that they disregarded vital information for this process. The last 2 weeks have been horrendous. The people there are rude, disrespectful, contradictory, unprofessional and all around terrible. Except 1 nurse who genuinely tried to be helpful and obviously cared about helping.
