We came to have ice cream with our family including our teenage son with autism. Erin recognized our son had autism and offered to turn off the music or turn down the lights knowing that individuals with autism have trouble with excessive sensory input. It meant a great deal to our family and we will always remember it. It made the ice cream even sweeter Thank you!!

Very disappointing! We went in after a long hot day of yard work hoping to cool down and treat ourselves. All we got was already melted ice cream. It was spilling all over us having just been scooped. It wasn't even cold. No joke! Now we have to wait while our ice cream sits in our freezer to firm up. My 4 year old is not happy and neither am I! We will not be going back anytime soon.

Out of lids for ice cream cups, out of black cherries, no cookie dough for two months now. The floor behind the counter was falling apart. Out of several flavors of ice creams. Store could use a deep cleaning. I don't know how they keep the awesome staff they have.
