first time eveer eating outback &&' DEFINITELY OUR LAST 😠
waiter kept forgetting what we asked for &&' took FOREVER to bring it out . Found a hair in the mashed potatoes. Only time the waiter was nice was whem we got our change back .

Poor service, and the food was warm at best. The steaks had no flavor at all. Should have gone to Texas Road House.

I used to be a KM for Outback. I new that the company had made some changes. I must say, the changes aren't positive. The food looks the same, the menu reads the same. But the taste is definitely not the same. It tastes 100% like the food comes out of bags. We used to pride ourselves on being a scratch kitchen. It is major change from the "good ole days". :/
