The staff and vet there was very friendly. My puppy girl didn't leave there scared. The prices were very reasonable.

Really enjoy taking my dogs to see Dr. Littles. She's very caring and easy to talk to. Office staff is welcoming and if they don't know the answer they'll find someone to help. There is usually a wait, but I'm not complaining because the visits are affordable and the care is good!

I have always had good care for all my cats at Animal Haven. The vets, techs and staff care about my animals almost as much as I do. They have been helpful and kind when I had to euthanize my older cats due to lymphoma and failing kidneys. All the staff is gentle and caring. I never have to wait for more than a day when I make appointments. All the staff knows my name and greet me warmly regardless of what I am there for. They also know my six cats by name and greet them as well. I have had to take several feral cats in for care, and the entire staff treats them as well as they do my inside cats. The prices are reasonable and they are willing to work with me for payments. When my oldest cat crossed over the rainbow bridge, the techs had me park by the side door and walked out with me. They waited on the payment until I could gather myself together. I didn't pay that same day, but went back several days later. All the staff again expressed their sympathy. It is nice to have vets and staff that care as much as I do. Not only to small pets, but horses, cows, sheep, anything that is an animal. I will never go to another vet office as long as these doors are open.

I have confidently left my cats and dogs in every situation from routine shots and checkups, surgeries to serious medical conditions. They are most caring and genuinely sympathetic in end of life situations. They have a strong reputation for helping pets when funds are limited.

Absolutely love them! It's easy to get appointments in a reasonable time frame, staff are always super helpful and friendly. Once you are there your wait time is usually reasonable and you actually get to see a Dr, not a tech and then the Dr.
We tried to take our pets somewhere else when we first moved back to the area but due to poor customer service we switched to Animal Haven. The staff are always so invested in your animals and are so kind when you have to make difficult decisions that pet owners inevitably will have to make.
