My actual care wasn't too bad. Nurses and ER were great. Watch out for the Dr. ripoff. Several of them will visit if you stay overnight and then you get several surprise bills from separate doctors that in effect did nothing but say hello and apparently didn't communicate because they acted unaware of the last doctor. Worse ripoff than a traveling carnival game.

Well not even worth one star. My nephew was taken there by ambulance last night he is a diabetic at 26 years old we get there he is in the hall not a big problem. But he has a iv that's not even running Dr ask why is it not running. Mmmm ask your nurse. They treated him like dirt. If he was not in need of help we would not been there. If this is the way you feel you should treat people my opinion you might need to find another JOB. But I will see this is taken to a higher level. He had to be admitted I'm scared to think how he was treated after we left this morning at 1 am.. he was not able to set up so he would not know no different. ..so if you need medical treatment think before coming here. This will be our last time that's a fact...

I went to the emergency department. It was good that there was no line. I walked it and they took me right away. I being young, and it being my first time at the er asked for help from one of the staff regarding my insurance information that I was giving them. He told me that I had to pay upfront for my hospital visit. Took my card and charged me. I came home to realize that I can get billed afterwards.

On top of that the doctor didn't even give me any information about my condition or where to go from there. He just sent the nurse in with papers and told me to go home and read that. I will never return.

Took my 3 year old there this past weekend. Never been to an ER with nobody in the waiting room before. We were seen, chest x-ray and breathing treatment done and discharged within 2 hours. Never going back to Cape Fear Valley now that I know the service here. The doc and nurses were wonderful. Good job Central Harnett!
